Venegas JV is a Puerto Rico based entity.

 

Venegas JV is a joint venture between the following three entities:

1. Venegas Construction Corporation – CAGE:  5AME7, DUNS:  090026147

2. Venegas Disaster Response, LLC – CAGE: 8HJQ5, DUNS:  117428291

3. Cartridge Works Plus, LLC, dba Jelly What – CAGE:  7C3Z7, DUNS: 079755643

 

The three JV Partner entities outlined above have created this Joint Venture for the following reasons:

• Venegas Construction has considerable relevant disaster response experience in Puerto Rico. Including a Prime Contract with the USACE precisely for Temporary Roofing in Puerto Rico in response to Hurricane Maria.

• Cartridge Works Plus, LLC, dba Jelly What has substantial disaster response experience, especially in the area of Database Management and Reporting for 3 recent USACE Temporary Roofing Missions, and one STEP Program.

• Venegas JV has secured exclusive pre-positioned agreements with the best temporary roofing subcontractors, warehousing and logistics facilities, vehicle and equipment rental providers, and subcontractors and service providers that are vital to the success of an emergency temporary roofing mission in Puerto Rico.
